Thirty Pounds

That's how much weight I've lost in the past four months. I'm not quite sure how that happened, but it did. Part of it may be my "stress diet." I get so stressed out at night, I don't want to eat, and dinner is usually a glass of 2% milk. (Although I did eat a tuna sandwich last night, after the Sasquatch rightfully called me a "moron" for not eating better evening meals.) I stepped on the scale this morning - something I haven't done in months - and BAM.

No wonder my pants are loose. I lost a toddler.

I need to manage the stress in my life a little better. Well, actually, a lot better.

Workin' on it.

And pondering stories to tell... I think it's time for the story of Wolfgang, the Armenian UFO-logist and other odd people I've met in Yerevan...

Congrats - I'm making a concerted effort to lose weight - and it's hard. Maybe it's because I'm too chill and need to worry more?

Take care of yourself though.

Yikes. Not to assume an uninvited "concerned older brother" role here or anything, but 30 lbs in four months sounds a little quick. The Sasquatch is a smart dude -- please do keep an eye on your health.

Hey, not that I haven't enjoyed my own rollercoaster ride back and forth over a 75-lb range once in a while...

1st. take care of yourself. I'm sorry you're so stressed.

but i'm sure that if I had the same thing happen to me, I'd be all "woohoo!" and so I will also say Congratulations. but try and be healthy too, okay! :)
