I just said to someone the other day that, if Mad Men ran through Sally's college years, we'd see her first at Sarah Lawrence, having a pill-fueled lesbian fling (and an affair with a lit prof, too, probably), then dropping out after her first year, and going underground.

Had no idea Lane was Richard Harris' kid. He's really growing on me. One of the funniest moments for me this season so far was Don and Lane at the Godzilla movie. Classic.Merujohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14123831956012950960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11125127.post-10605610801423789742010-09-02T18:13:33.877-04:002010-09-02T18:13:33.877-04:00Laughing at the Lost Weekend reference (and totall...Laughing at the Lost Weekend reference (and totally appropriate.) I'm waiting for Sally to go into a full blown hippie meltdown herself and become a Weatherman, bombing something. You just know she's ready to blow in a few more years.

I had thought Sal might come back when the new firm formed, but so far...nope. He added an interesting dynamic to the era, I thought.

Also, a P.S. snooping around I discovered Lane Pryce is Jared-- Richard Harris' son. I did not know that.Washington Cubehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02892459114050731786noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11125127.post-5752408416945125632010-09-02T10:23:34.785-04:002010-09-02T10:23:34.785-04:00Ah, Cube - we are cut from the same cloth. So cinematic.

And Mad Men - as Pete Campbell would exclaim, "Judas priest!" I'm not missin' that for the world.

When do we expect the total meltdown of Mr. Lost Weekend, Don Draper?Merujohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14123831956012950960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11125127.post-72790821996891208472010-09-02T06:06:58.424-04:002010-09-02T06:06:58.424-04:00I saw it after the fact and thought it was well do...I saw it after the fact and thought it was well done.
