Outstanding. I'm going to have to read back to find out more.

BTW - love the new picture.

Thanks for the good thoughts, y'all! In case you didn't figure from that familiar yellow border, my new employer is National Geographic. I'm tickled pink. I start work on the 14th at NatGeo's headquarters in DC. :-)

And thanks for the photo compliment, Spencer - that's the result of a digital Halloween night self-portrait and the airbrush feature on Paint. I'm pathetically low-tech!

(and sigh, now I'll have to find something cool to do. blah)

YAY!

Nat'l Geographic gave me my first glimpses of...um...er...a topless female (some loin-clothed society or another) -- I can't be sure, but I think that's why my grandfather had a subscription and saved all the back issues...

Finally, the karma wheel starts turning the righ way for you. Yaay!!

Congratulations Merujo!

You must be hopping around the room making daffy duck 'woohoo!woohoo!woohoo!' noises. I know I was when you told me the news the other day. :-)

Sorry, folks - all those nice comments and did I bother to respond? No, for I am lameness personified. My apologies! And my gratitude for the good wishes!

And, hey, Gina - glad to see you out here! I lit up a Glade guy for ya a couple of hours ago. I figure, by morning, you should be able to smell this sucker up in Boston. :-)
