Indie film is often like slave labor (did I say like?)... anyway, not enough love for me to put up with that. The terrible thing is how often the bad behavior is not addressed, and it is worse, of course, when those people are in power. I worked in an office for five years with a truly crazy woman. I won't detail the things she used to do, but it took them FIVE YEARS until finally it escalated, the staff turned on her and they had to fire her. But in the meantime...we all suffered. Sometimes I think management adopts a policy of "if the staff is divided, they are weakened." You're lucky to be out of there and moving on with such positive, affirming work. And to those of you who used to work with Merujo and are reading this blog? Go fuck yourself. :)Washington Cubehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02892459114050731786noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11125127.post-1142025123616392472006-03-10T16:12:00.000-05:002006-03-10T16:12:00.000-05:00They'll be completely jealous of how great your jo...They'll be completely jealous of how great your job is and how much theirs stinks!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12849622807077623092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11125127.post-1142024074462737352006-03-10T15:54:00.000-05:002006-03-10T15:54:00.000-05:00Right you are, my friend! I never know what kind of cool stuff I'll be learning at my job each day - I swear, it's like being back in college!

I told my boss again yesterday how much I love my job.
