I've flown sick once - and it was to see the friend I've known the longest get married in Vegas. Add to the fact that the airlines don't exactly make it attractive for you to miss a flight, and the traveller is in a pickle. And to be honest, people are selfish - they care about themselves - and if you're flying (which is about as enjoyable these days as root canal) you probably are doing it because you have to.

Anyway - I think you could make the same argument about anything - I think it's worse for people to come into work sick. I think that is where viruses flourish - because people are afraid to use sick days.Spencerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00051976722593006477noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11125127.post-745424994753611582009-05-05T00:15:00.000-04:002009-05-05T00:15:00.000-04:00The internet is a great thing, but it makes it muc...The internet is a great thing, but it makes it much easier for people to be anonymous assholes.

I agree completely with your sentiment, btw...sometimes people don't have a choice, but if at all possible, you shouldn't travel while you're sick.Chuckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03198762158401756973noreply@blogger.com
