A hand sanitizer at a fair? What has the world come to?
Those dispensers were EVERYWHERE!! By each food vendor, by the animal freak show, you name it! And the Sasquatch can tell you, it was nasty sanitizer. Not exactly Purell...
Let's just say the suspension outweighed the alcohol by a considerable margin...
