Wow! San Francisco. My home. Isn't it amazing how therapeutic that area can be? I miss it so badly. Whenever I felt overwhelmed and frazzled, there was nothing like a jaunt to the Marin Headlands or Stinson Beach or Half Moon Bay for some beach time. The wind blowing through my hair, clearing out the cobwebs. I always came away feeling refreshed and able to carry on. Here, I have yet to find that thing that refreshes and centers me, which is the biggest drag about D.C.
Enjoy the beauty, the food, the alone time, the sunsets. May you come back renewed!
Damn, merujo, you're in my hood and you didn't let me know?! If you've got some extra time (yeah, right) and you want a private tour of my winery, contact me here at La Crema!
I LOVE this picture. The Golden Gate is unbelievable, isn't it? I mean the place as well as the bridge. No matter how many times I crossed it, I always felt like I was in a movie.
Hope you're not relying on public transit. Funny haikus about SF public transit this morning on Miniver Cheevy's blog.

Sounds perfect. I could live with that... And with nice weather :)
So...you went to the West Coast for your root canal?
Man, I really need to see your dentist!
